The Grote Markt is a central market square of Haarlem. It is surrounded by stunning historical buildings dating from the 14th to 19th centuries, including the 15th century gothic St. Bavo church.
Each Saturday the square is bustling with stalls selling a wide variety of goods and locally grown produce.
After watching the video of this marketplace, I learned everyone bikes everywhere. Children get their first views of life from the front of a bicycle. So, in real time I will be tracking my cycling miles around my neighborhood.
